I first came across yoga during my time at Loyola Marymount University. I immediately fell in love with the way yoga allowed me to come home to myself. I began to take yoga courses at LMU, and was very intrigued by the history and philosophy of yoga. After all, the physical Asana practice is merely one of the 8 limbs of yoga! I decided it was time to take my yoga journey to the next level, so I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Carlsbad, CA with 11Exhale. After receiving my certification, I began teaching private clients and teaching yoga in elementary schools through the YMCA. Though I had to put my passion for teaching mindfulness to kids on hold due to Covid-19, I am very excited to be starting my online yoga program, so that I can share my passion with people anywhere in the world!
